RFiD Discovery is delighted to announce a series of key promotions and new hires that reflect the company’s commitment to enhancing its solutions and delivering outstanding value to its customers worldwide.
Simon Dawkins steps into the position of Global Director of Healthcare & Pharma, where he’ll spearhead global product strategy for RFiD Discovery’s healthcare and pharma solutions, overseeing new product requirements, and continuing to drive sales across key regions, including the UK and Australasia.
Simon’s ongoing leadership will be key to the company’s continued success across the healthcare and pharma sectors.
Alex Peters has been promoted to Senior Healthcare & Pharma Consultant, tasked with managing solution delivery and supporting sales efforts.
His first-hand expertise of working in the healthcare sector will be invaluable in ensuring that the company’s solutions continue to deliver value to customers both in the UK and globally.
Within the industry-focused area of the business, Pep Casanovas has moved into a new position as Head of Software Architecture - Industry.
In his new role, Pep will become the lead architect for RFiD Discovery’s industry software, guiding the strategic direction of the platform to align with customer requirements, while continuing to lead the company’s growing development team in Barcelona.
Craig Mellon has been promoted to Technical Sales Lead for Industry.
Craig will take charge of commercial sales and technical delivery for RFiD Discovery’s industrial solutions across the UK and other regions.
Nav Pandher has been promoted to Senior Software Manager, continuing to lead the successful implementation of the company’s healthcare solutions while providing essential software support to its UK healthcare customers.
Expanding the software development team
In response to growing demand, the business has also scaled up its development team in Barcelona and is pleased to welcome several talented new members including a QA automation engineer, mobile developer as well as front and backend developers.
